Murmann Verlag: Design, and Communication for a Business Publisher
Successful relaunch and operation of the Murmann Verlag website with integrated online shop, SEO optimization, digital communication tools, and design of numerous print and digital marketing materials.
Overview
Murmann Verlag, an independent business and nonfiction publisher based in Hamburg, required a modern digital presence including a new CMS, online shop, and optimized communication channels. The project encompassed the complete website relaunch, technical maintenance, and production of marketing collateral during a period of active company growth.
Problem
The existing 1&1-hosted website was outdated, lacked e-commerce functionality, and did not meet modern SEO or usability standards. The publisher needed comprehensive digital support without in-house technical capacity.
Constraints
- Time pressure for relaunch due to media deadlines (e.g., FAZ am Sonntag coverage).
- Multiple stakeholders with often conflicting requirements.
- Task distribution across several external developers required meticulous coordination.

Close coordination with internal stakeholders and external technical partners.
