InduPrint: Brand Relaunch, Corporate Design, and Long-Term Brand Management
Successful complete brand relaunch aligned with the opening of the new company headquarters, followed by nearly two decades of continuous brand maintenance and strategic design support.
Overview
InduPrint, a mid-sized B2B print service provider with multiple branches, was in a growth phase that included a relocation to Kornwestheim. The existing brand identity no longer matched the company's ambitions, and the relaunch needed to coincide with the move to the new headquarters under significant time pressure.
Problem
The company's outdated visual identity failed to reflect its growing size and capabilities. Multiple branches, frequent changes in contacts and materials, and the simultaneous office relocation created a highly complex environment.
Constraints
- Simultaneous office relocation and brand relaunch under tight deadlines.
- Multiple branches with differing needs and frequent updates to personnel and materials.
- Outsourcing of internal printing processes as a complex service topic that is difficult to convey.
Approach
The design strategy did indeed evolve over several years and grew alongside the company. For a long time, management struggled with redesigning the logo and making fundamental changes. With the success of many small, individual measures, confidence in the design work grew, and increasingly larger iterations followed.
