BSC: Corporate Design, Website, and Shop for a Spirits Specialist
Complete redesign of the corporate identity and website, including trade fair presence and templates for ongoing product communication. Continuous creative support over two years.
Overview
Bremer Spirituosen Contor (BSC), a Bremen-based spirits importer and wholesaler focusing on exclusive imports and whisky, required a professional relaunch of its brand identity and website. The project was managed through a Hamburg text agency, with a classic subcontractor relationship and direct client interaction.
Problem
BSC’s brand presence was inconsistent, and the website was outdated. They needed a new, visually sophisticated look aligned with their premium product range, along with a functional website featuring an online catalog, dealer area, and trade fair materials.
Constraints
- Triangular collaboration between client, text agency, and freelance designer.
- Complex technical requirements for connecting the online catalog to the internal ERP system (Microsoft Navision).
- Visual language had to convey quality and indulgence without appearing kitschy.
Approach
Developed and refined the corporate design, including logo updates, stationery, and templates.
